"we are liars. we are beautiful and privileged. we are cracked and broken." this book is the most beautiful tragedy I have ever read in my life so far. every single moment of the book is depicted in such a perfect way that it's left me speechless. the protagonist, cadence sinclair goes on family vacations every year. It sounds really fun and pleasant, right? WRONG. this is because during summer 15, she severely injures her head which gives her amnesia and she cannot remember that whole summer. cady knows it's something important, something happened that summer but she cannot seem to remember anything. slowly and gradually, her memories do seem to come back and we readers, kind of journey with her through the mystery of what had happened. no one would actually tell her anything about it, so cady has to figure it out on her own. this takes place 2 years later, summer 17, where she reunites with her liars. Gat, Mirren and Johnny. none of them where there for cady after...
