call it what you want - book review

"one choice does not define your whole future"

Call It What You Want by Brigid Kemmerer

wholesome and heart warming.

the book is a must read. it has SO many great messages about life and i love it.

Maegan is the typical overachiever but she has a secret of her own from last year which kind of ruined her life. it doesn't help that her sister comes home pregnant, a secret which is too much for Maegan to handle.

Rob was the famous lacrosse player in high school until he fell from grace when his father was caught stealing money from his clients. even worse, his father's failed suicide attempt leaves Rob to take care of him.

when Maegan and Rob are paired for a maths project, they're both reluctant to let each other through the walls they have built around themselves.

When Rob tells Maegan something he did, will this ruin their fragile, new friendship?

this novel revolves around this one unanswered question: is it okay to do the wrong thing for the right reasons?

I stayed up til 7 am to finish this book. totally worth it. my mom saw me awake in the morning and scolded me. still worth it.

thank you and farewell my fellow readers.

make today your best.
